I had such a pleasant stay! The breakfast was hot and fresh with plenty of options. The staff upgraded us to a spacious suite, perfect for our group of hockey parents and kids to relax together.

I was really put off by the state of the room—it felt half-finished and neglected. The door barely latched, and there were weird bugs in the bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing too; just not what I expected at all.

Shawn is a superstar who goes above and beyond for guests. The pool area is like a tropical hideaway, and the breakfast spread will make your morning bright.

The suite was spacious, perfect for our group of hockey parents and kids. Two queen beds were comfortable, though we originally booked a king. Temperature control was good, keeping the room cozy. I appreciated the hot breakfast with plenty of choices. the key cards were finicky, often requiring multiple attempts to unlock the door. The bathroom could’ve used a more thorough cleaning. The pool and surrounding area needed some upkeep as well. Shawn at the front desk was exceptional, providing warm and helpful service. The hotel overall could use some sprucing up for a better first impression.

The bed was surprisingly soft and comfortable—definitely a highlight. Cleanliness met my expectations. Ideal location near the hospital. Breakfast offered a great selection for a quick grab-and-go, and all staff I encountered were pleasant and knowledgeable. some issues need addressing. I booked a smoking room per the website, but the front desk insisted the entire facility is nonsmoking. The elevators hosted unwelcome guests—bugs. Lastly, the parking lot could use a thorough cleaning. Attention to detail and a focus on maintenance could enhance the overall experience significantly. Let's hope for improvement.

The location was perfect for visiting the Discovery Center of Springfield, which I had been wanting to explore. The friendly staff made me feel at home and were also available to assist with any queries. Additionally, the free WiFi throughout the property was a pleasant surprise, making it easy to stay connected.

the front desk staff were attentive and responsive to my needs. I utilized the business center and although the printer was out of ink, the staff tried their best to find a solution. They also accommodated my request for a late check-out without any hassle. the pool facilities were great, the room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. the breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from, and the coffee was always fresh.
Nothing that I didn't like 🙂

The beds were super comfortable, great hot tub, and the room was very clean. Friendly staff loves seeing your pets. Well-lit parking lot.

We had a fantastic experience at this Springfield hotel off Interstate 44. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. The room was clean and spacious, with fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient for our road trip, and the breakfast bar had a wide variety of delicious options. We especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool for relaxing and cooling off. It was a great value for the price.
Noise from neighboring rooms affected our sleep.

the hotel looked clean and nice. the bed and linens were nice and clean. the pillows were very comfy. the staff was very friendly and helpful. we also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

We chose this hotel based on the reasonable price. The public areas could use some upgrades, but our room was very nice. A real plus, there was a fan in the bathroom! The room is also equipped with a tall mini fridge and microwave. The bed was very comfortable and the morning buffet had generous options and was well stocked. it was a good night's rest and the staff was friendly and did their jobs well. Despite a few drawbacks, I'll recommend this hotel based on our experience.
